The "content" industries, which pretend to maintain at all cost their concentration model and economic explotaition around cultural assets. The telecommunication industries, which prosecut the elimination of the neutratility of the Internet, in order to make it a service similar to pay per view system, and for that the free flow of information needs to be controlled and limited. The power devices of the States: the same tools that will be used for pursue an user that shares files by P2P, could be also used to maintain under surveillance, spy and control political dissidents. Countries which are negotiating ACTA: The United States, the European Commission, Swiss, Japan, Australia, Korea, New Zealand, Mexico, Jordan, Morocco, Singapore, UAE and Canada. --- 1.
